Ningbo Level Co***ny was established in 1989, locating near the Zhedong Pearl------Dongqian Lake, which belongs to the famous opening harbour city Ningbo. It's only 16 kilometres far away from Ningbo Railway South Station & Lishe Airport, and only 25 kilometres far away from Beilun Port. So it's very convenient for sea¡¢land and air traffic.
The enterprise occupies 22,000 square metres and has more than 400 staffs. There are professional technicians specialized in researching and developing new products. Our co***ny had built up complete manufacturing management system and quality control system. We also own two automatic working lines which including four big machines¡¢eight sets of equipment for researching and developing new products and more than 200 sets of general operating equipment.
Our co***ny mainly manufactures two kinds of products: the PTFE high-frequency insulators and ceramic ignitor series.
¢Å the PTFE high-frequency insulators
With the most advanced mould-pressing method, we specilize in manufacturing the PTFE high-frequency insulators. The products obtain shining surface¡¢well-insulated¡¢bearing high-temp and high voltage characters. As one of the biggest insulators manufacturing foundation in China, our co***ny produces 120 million pcs of the PTFE insulators. Because of outstanding quality, our products are widely sold home and abroad, such as France¡¢Germany¡¢ Japan¡¢U.S.A, etc. We occupy 70% market in the PTFE insulators and the military fittings in China.
¢Æ ceramic ignitor series
Our co***ny also produces all kinds of ceramic ignitors which are broadly used in gas appliances. The products including ceramic ignition needles, ***rk electrode combination series, piezo-electric ignitors, pulse electric ignitors, thermocouple and so on.
